After the official introduction of the Team Captain 'Mad' Max Douglas, the team is ready to move forward to other objectives. The last races were a bit unlucky in some point, getting money but no result, so we haven't got into Division 7 yet.
That's only one of the two problems we have now. Of course, there's no money now in the team bank, but the new round of jobs (18.500 $ plus 25.000$ from the sponsor makes some decent money to go full kinx) and the weekly income of our Sponsor. The (almost) maxing of 'Mad Max' was music to Sylváin Kabbah's ears, who has trained a quite important amount of points so far, trying to develop his talent.
Louis Davenport reminded our team manager about a transfer, and the lack of money to complete. Words from Manager Armstrong were short but strong, ''He might need to wait, I don't have all the money of the world. Can you call Deutsche Bank? We need another loan...'' This would scare Nooky Lair from Team Oasis, since it's the first transfer between our teams so the Iranian squad might ignore the mysterious ways of US Postal.
Another factor is that we haven't received any confirmation from US government confirming the deal is completely legal. Due to sanctions, the US Postal can't do business with sanctioned countries, in the list Iran is near the top (Russia is N°1, even that team has pursued a Russian sprinter/cobbler desperately). Some people call it Karma, I call it coincidence.
Related to our calendar, the team will fly to Albania, and then back to the USA. The upcoming races in the Division 8 doesn't fit the team profile, a big obstacle to climb up to Div 7. However, this short rest to our team leaders may help but we need a strong result to leave Div 8.
But that's not the biggest problem, if Nooky Lair ask you about Manager Armstrong's location, just say you haven't seen him in long time ;) he is inside the mothership, developing the Kidney Method to continue our trainings.
